What an opportunity! Rarely do homes in the coveted community of Lakeside become available & this one is special. Hardwood & tile floors thruout, a beautiful vaulted tongue & groove ceiling in the living room & primary bedroom. Gracious pavered courtyard reminiscent of a European Villa. The large living room with fireplace is flanked with bookshelves, the wall of sliders bring in the tranquil pool & lagoon views. This home is designed to maximize your privacy while being conveniently located in Sawgrass Players Club home of the Players Championship. The 3rd bedroom is used as a den. Seller chose not to remodel the kitchen so Buyers can choose their own style. This is reflected in the list price which is $100k lower than market valuation. There is room to expand the kitchen & raise ceiling.
